01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the r5777 website accessible at r5777.io, including all associated pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised views, and services offered therein.
• "r5777", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the r5777 platform and all its affiliated entities responsible for the provision of services described herein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses all games, betting markets, and financial services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus cash awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager values are denominated on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by r5777 to confirm the identity and eligibility of a Player.
• "Business Day" means any day other than a public holiday in Bangladesh, from 09:00 to 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and r5777 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

By completing the registration process on r5777, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are registering on behalf of a third party, or if you allow any third party to use your Account, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that such use is compliant with these Terms. r5777 does not recognise third-party claims over an Account and will communicate solely with the registered Account holder.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on r5777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. r5777 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending review, and any winnings accrued may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register an Account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of r5777 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or account restriction previously imposed by r5777.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to engage in online betting activities.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. r5777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

r5777 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You warrant that all information submitted during registration is current, accurate, and complete.

4.2 KYC Verification

r5777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate; proof of residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by r5777 may result in withdrawal restriction or Account suspension pending verification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. If any registered detail changes — including your mobile number, bKash or Nagad wallet number, or residential address — you must update your Account promptly. r5777 shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. r5777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and selecting a password that is unique to r5777 and not used across other platforms.

You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified r5777 of an unauthorised access event via [email protected].

r5777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from r5777 that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event of a suspected security breach of your Account, you must contact r5777 support without delay. r5777 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account pending a security investigation and will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to the receipt of a security notification from the Account holder.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sourced from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. r5777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by r5777's payment systems. r5777 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which r5777 accepts no liability.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your r5777 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

r5777 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed wager. In such cases, r5777 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Account holder within one Business Day.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposit values, wager amounts, and withdrawal sums are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r5777 does not perform currency conversions and does not charge a currency conversion fee. All displayed monetary values use the ৳ symbol.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

r5777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. r5777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction that exhibits patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud. Accounts subject to AML review may have withdrawal access temporarily restricted pending investigation. r5777 cooperates fully with legitimate law enforcement requests.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

r5777 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day fixtures. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds through completion of applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be staked across eligible games or markets before becoming withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry of the applicable bonus period.
• r5777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering completion, any unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the Account.
• Players who are self-excluded or subject to deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming programme are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of their restriction.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

08 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on r5777 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or crash games. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it may not be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player, except where r5777's specific product rules expressly permit a cash-out facility.
• r5777 reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event affected by a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or event cancellation. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market at the time of wagering. r5777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). Any dispute regarding a cricket result will be resolved by reference to the official scorecard.
• Winnings from live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are settled automatically upon game completion. r5777 does not modify or interfere with the outcome of any game supplied by third-party providers.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the r5777 Platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account using your identity or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, navigate the Platform, or harvest data without r5777's express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Account balance.
• Colluding with other players to fix or manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event on which wagers are offered.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or engage in any activity that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with r5777 support staff.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's backend systems, servers, databases, or source code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing r5777 customer support staff or other players via any channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the r5777 Platform — including but not limited to the r5777 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphic elements, game interfaces, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of r5777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without r5777's prior written consent.

Game content, artwork, and software supplied by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's own licensing terms. r5777 makes no representation regarding the intellectual property rights of third-party game providers beyond the scope of its own platform licence.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r5777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to wager on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil disruption.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to the policies or technical systems of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or any other payment service provider.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality or to enable available security features.
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds where r5777 has relied in good faith on data provided by third-party suppliers.

r5777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

r5777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by r5777 — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, transaction history, and device identifiers — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. r5777 does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share it with any party other than those necessary to deliver the Platform's services or comply with legal obligations.

All data transmitted between your device and the r5777 Platform is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard irreversible hashing. r5777 retains transaction and account records for a minimum of five years in compliance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming

r5777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Player community. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt a logout.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their net losses over a defined time period. Loss limit reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 7-day review period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is frozen, all marketing communications are halted, and no deposits are accepted.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. r5777 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, transparent operations, and the protection of its Players' interests.

In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, transaction, or Account decision, Players should contact r5777 customer support in the first instance. r5777 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within one Business Day and providing a substantive response within five Business Days of receipt of all relevant information.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with r5777 support, the Player may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". r5777 will conduct an internal review and communicate its final determination in writing. r5777's determination on all betting and game-outcome disputes is final, subject to manifest error.
